How to use this schedule

The HD43-19A321-AA Rapide S handbook, printed July 2016 for 2017 cars provides the intervals below. They are not an unrestricted schedule for every later derivative or market. Use whichever time or mileage limit occurs first and confirm dealer updates.

Every 12 months or 10,000 miles — whichever occurs first

  • Renew engine oil and oil filter using the approved specification.
  • Check diagnostic messages and campaign status.
  • Inspect braking, tyres and visible fluid leaks as directed by the source checklist.

Every 24 months or 20,000 miles — whichever occurs first

  • Complete the recurring routine service.
  • Use the preserved factory tables for the additional second-service items; confirm applicability and revisions with the dealer.

Regular checks

  • Check all four door mechanisms, rear-seat access and the exact Touchtronic transmission version. Recall and bulletin eligibility requires a VIN check.
